Hello dear customer, I am Don, the owner of this shop from China. I'm sure many of you want luxury jewelry at an affordable price, after all, why pay thousands of dollars for just some silver? But you need to be really careful of the quality.

For extremely low price luxury products, you can go to DHgate or AliExpress, but keep in mind that these websites are where you go for cheap products, don’t expect good quality, you would actually end up receiving some unbelievable low-quality silver-plated garbage that would make you feel embarrassed to wear it out.

I don’t do any garbage jewelry, I only provide replica jewelries from China to those who expect to receive the highest quality ones, and I'm not saying this to brag or to boost sales, but guaranteeing it through 3 points: the materials used, the purchase of authentic products, and the repeated revisions.

1: Our jewelries are made from full 925 sterling silver, not silver-plated or alloy.

Silver-plated jewelry is made from a thin coating of silver over brass, the plating will wear away very quickly to reveal the base metal underneath, and will turn you green.

Full 925 sterling silver doesn't have a plating that can wear off, it tarnishes but it can be cleaned, and it won't turn you green. It's more expensive but very durable.

2: Each jewelry is developed and produced based on authentic one that we purchase at a high cost. We don't produce anything without the authentic one.

3: Each jewelry is repeatedly matched and revised with the authentic one to ensure every detail, including shape, weight, texture, and engraving, is 100% identical to the authentic one.

The majority of our products are produced entirely of 925 sterling silver, not silver-plated.

Only a few products are made from other materials based on the authentic ones. For example, stainless steel was used for LV's chain bracelets, and brass was used for Dior's earrings.

The exact material from which they are made is described under the product name.

If contains, all gold products are gold-plated. We use multi-layer electroplating technology to produce gold-plated jewelry. It won't lose its color easily and usually lasts for at least 3-5 years.
If contains, all the diamonds are Cubic Zirconia stones (5A quality) instead of real diamonds.

We offer free standard shipping worldwide for all orders, total time for shipping & delivery is 5-8 days from China, the carrier is your country's postal service. For example, USPS for US orders, AUS Post for Australia orders.

If you need express service, please select FedEx Express Shipping (3-5 days) on checkout page, you will need to pay additional $20 USD (please understand that international express service is expensive).

Note that there will be 1 to 2 days before shipping for us to process your order in our warehouse, which means you will receive the tracking number within 48 hours after placing the order. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive it by then or contact us on WhatsApp.

It's not just PayPal requiring me to do so, but it's the very principle of the way I do business 😀: all customers can get a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Terms of returns & exchanges:

Items must remain the same as when received.
If there is any error caused by us, you can return the item to us for a full refund or exchange it for another one and we will cover the return shipping costs.
If there is not any error caused by us, you can return the item to us for a full refund of the product or exchange it for another one, but we will not cover any shipping cost.
If you are returning or exchanging, please contact us to get a new return address. Do not return directly to the address on the package that contains the sender's information.

Do I need to pay Duties & Taxes?

In reality, based on my experience with orders accumulated over the years, the chance of being imposed duties & taxes is less than 1% since we always declare a relatively low value for our goods.

But there is one exception, if your package contains 3 or more items, the probability of being taxed is much higher. The reason is that we offer free full sets of gift wrappings for all items, and these luxury gift wrappings are very eye catching to Customs. If you want to avoid this, I strongly suggest that you contact me after placing your order to request that we ship your package without any gift wrapping (we can provide you with other proper packagings without brand's logos).

Will the gold-plated jewelries wear off？

We use multi-layer electroplating technology to produce gold-plated jewelry. It won't lose its color easily and usually lasts for at least 3-5 years.

But please avoid wearing jewelry while working out or swimming or showering, and avoid jewelry contact with chemical products such as hand sanitizers, shampoos. As doing these things will quickly wear out the lifespan of your jewelry.

We can provide QC photos with your own ID for each item in your order. But please contact us if you do need the QC photos otherwise we will send the package directly for shipping.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don't need to sign up for an account to checkout. However, please make sure to fill in the correct and complete recipient information on checkout page, as we are not responsible for any mistakes made by customers filling in the wrong address.

Also please make sure that the address you fill in on our website is the same as the address you fill in on PayPal.
