In reality, based on my experience with orders accumulated over the years, the chance of being imposed duties & taxes is less than 1% since we always declare a relatively low value for our goods.

But there is one exception, if your package contains 3 or more items, the probability of being taxed is much higher. The reason is that we offer free full sets of gift wrappings for all items, and these luxury gift wrappings are very eye catching to Customs. If you want to avoid this, I strongly suggest that you contact me after placing your order to request that we ship your package without any gift wrapping (we can provide you with other proper packagings without brand's logos).

For extremely low price luxury products, you can go to DHgate or AliExpress, but keep in mind that these websites are where you go for cheap products, don’t expect good quality, you would actually end up receiving some unbelievable low-quality silver-plated garbage that would make you feel embarrassed to wear it out.

1: Our jewelries are made from full 925 sterling silver, not silver-plated or alloy.

Silver-plated jewelry is made from a thin coating of silver over brass, the plating will wear away very quickly to reveal the base metal underneath, and will turn you green.

Full 925 sterling silver doesn't have a plating that can wear off, it tarnishes but it can be cleaned, and it won't turn you green. It's more expensive but very durable.

2: Each jewelry is developed and produced based on authentic one that we purchase at a high cost. We don't produce anything without the authentic one.

3: Each jewelry is repeatedly matched and revised with the authentic one to ensure every detail, including shape, weight, texture, and engraving, is 100% identical to the authentic one.

We use multi-layer electroplating technology to produce gold-plated jewelry. It won't lose its color easily and usually lasts for at least 3-5 years.

But please avoid wearing jewelry while working out or swimming or showering, and avoid jewelry contact with chemical products such as hand sanitizers, shampoos. As doing these things will quickly wear out the lifespan of your jewelry.

It's not just PayPal requiring me to do so, but it's the very principle of the way I do business 😀: all customers can get a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
