Returns & Exchanges Policy

It's not just PayPal requiring me to do so, but it's the very principle of the way I do business: all customers can get a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

By the way, the return rate of my online store is consistently less than 0.1% for years, so I'm pretty sure you'll be satisfied with my products!

Terms of returns & exchanges:

• Items must remain the same as when received.
• If there is any error caused by us, you can return the item to us for a full refund or exchange it for another one and we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If there is not any error caused by us, you can return the item to us for a full refund or exchange it for another one, but we will not cover any shipping cost.
• If you are returning or exchanging, please contact us to get a new return address. Do not return directly to the address on the package that contains the sender's information.
