Processing Time
There will be 1 to 2 days before shipping for us to process your order in our warehouse, which means you will receive the tracking number within 48 hours after placing the order. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive it by then or contact us on WhatsApp.
Shipping Method
- Free standard shipping: free to all orders, 6-10 days. The courier is your country's postal service or our partner couriers，like USPS for the US and Evri for UK orders. Check the bottom of this page for your country's courier and shipping time.
- FedEx express shipping, $30 USD, 4-6 days.
FedEx does not provide services for orders to Russia. Russian customers please choose our free standard shipping.

United Kingdom
- England & Wales & Nothern Ireland: Evri, 5-8 days
- Scotland: Royal Mail, 7-10 days. The Royal Mail tracking information will not be available online until the package arrives in UK.
Australia: Australia Post, 10-12 days
Russia: CDEK (СДЭК)，12-18 days.
Ukraine: Meest, 13-17 days.
Orders from Middle East will be sent using DUP, PostNL, E-EMS or EMS, 10-15 days, we will choose the fastest option for you.
Orders from South America will be sent using E-EMS or EMS, 10-20 days.

DHL from China to Europe is very cheap, so we offer free DHL shipping, but only to 10+ European countries.
Germany & Netherlands: DHL, 4-8 days.
